RUNE OF THE MONTH: RESPECTWho/what do we feel a positive feeling of esteem towards? What do we honor within ourselves? What/who naturally and spontaneously inspires our loyalty? This could be a valuable month to start a gratitude journal and use as role models all the people we admire, who inspire us to reach greatness in our lives. ************************ Venus is retrograde until November 17 between 3º43’ Scorpio and 27º40’ Libra.3 last weeks to recreate passion in our lives. An intense love affair from the past, could return. The flame in an existing relationship could be rekindled. We do not wish to live our emotions at a surface level. We seek the intensity of true love and a true fire in every aspect of our lives to feel fully present and happy. Jupiter is retrograde until November 17 between 24º01’ and 23º29’ Pisces.The pictures associated with these 2 degrees are: “The purging of the priesthood” and “An inhabited island”. The old consciousness associated to fear, corruption, negativity and violence is on its way out as more and more of us awaken to our true divine identity. As we embody more and more all that we are, one cell, one area of life at a time, we are creating a new society based on love, faith and joy. Uranus continues to be retrograde this whole month (until December 4, 2010) between 27º10’ and 26º41’ Pisces.The Sabian Symbols symbolize these 2 degrees as follows: “A fertile garden under the full Moon” and “A harvest Moon illuminates the sky.” We are recovering our true spiritual identity by connecting to our emotions and intuition. The faster the world goes, the less we can rely on our logical mind to assist us. Only our gut feelings and psychic awareness can guide us in the manifestation of our highest destiny. Neptune is retrograde until Nov. 9 between 25º55’ and 25º54’ Aquarius.This degree is symbolized in the Sabian Symbols by “A garage man testing a car’s battery with a hydrometer.” An important month to be clear on our spiritual beliefs. What works and what doesn’t for us? Where have we been conditioned? What do we take for granted? And last, but not least, how can we rid ourselves of thoughts that do not serve our highest good? Sunday 11/7: Venus enters Libra (7:07 PM until 11/28)During the next 3 weeks, the focus is on relationship harmony and balance. We seek equilibrium with those we love, to blend the masculine and the feminine within and without, and to find peace. We are drawn to beauty. Monday 11/8: Mercury enters Sagittarius (3:43 PM until 11/28)During the next 3 weeks, we focus on the silver lining of every cloud. Our thoughts are optimistic. Our faith helps us create miracles. We are focused, disciplined and controlled. The more we direct our energy towards impersonal, practical goals, the more successful we are today. Wednesday 11/17: Mercury Sextile Saturn (6:09 PM)A great day to clear our desk of backlogged work, redefine our short and long-term goals and tackle any work requiring focused discipline. We seek serious conversations that help further our ambitions. Today is a strange day of conflicting energies. We could feel on one hand dreamy, indecisive, and lethargic. We could need to sleep more, be drawn to meditation, and the creation of inspired works of art. On the other hand, we also feel very willful and impulsive: our way or the highway. We are independent and need to reinvent our lives. We could feel bored with people always stuck in the same dramas and seek new, more exciting friendships. Saturday 11/20: Mercury Conjunct Mars (10:53 AM)Communication is direct and to the point. We are not afraid to express our opinions as they are. Our enthusiastic energy opens many doors. A great day to start a new project, an athletic exercise program or engage in outdoor activities requiring much stamina. Monday 11/22: Sun enters Sagittarius (2:15 AM till 12/20)This next month brings much faith, enthusiasm and optimism into our lives. We could be attracted to long-distance traveling -both literally and figuratively-, foreign cultures as well as philosophy and religion. Thursday 11/25: Mercury Square Jupiter (6:19 AM)Important to not over-extend ourselves in our business dealings, and promise more than we can deliver. Higher education is favored but requires some effort on our part. We seek adventure and the company of good friends we can discuss philosophy, travels and/or religion with. Saturday 11/27: Mercury Sextile Neptune (5:15 AM), Mercury Square Uranus (6:28 PM)Inspired thoughts and communication today. Great for meditation, healing, channeling and artistic creation. Speaking and listening from our heart helps avoid misunderstandings. We should just beware of rash decisions and impulsive flares of temper which could quickly and unexpectedly estrange us from others. Monday 11/29: Mars Square Jupiter (6:51 AM), Venus enters Scorpio (4:35 PM till Jan 7, 2011)Self-indulgence and extravagance could be a problem today. We might end up spending more than we expected or wanted, being lazy, overbearing and too optimistic. Restlessness is best channeled into positive goals. During the next month and a half, we need passion in our lives, to be able to give ourselves heart, mind, body and soul to a project, a relationship, a dream… A wonderful period to find what enlivens us and makes us feel whole. Tuesday 11/30: Mercury enters Capricorn (4:11 PM till 12/17)During the next 3 weeks, our thoughts are more serious and structured. We are attracted to deeper topics of interests.
