RUNE OF THE MONTH: Isa "reflection"

Isa "reflection". A month to stop, go within and ask ourselves deep questions. What are our dreams? Where is our heart? Are we walking on the path of least resistance or are we truly honest with our real purpose? Times of chosen solitude, meditation and vision lead to a greater awareness of our responsibility in creating the life that we really want.

This is an eclipse month. It is very rare to have 3 eclipses back to back. The third one (Solar Eclipse) will occur at 9º12' Cancer on July 1. Eclipses are always very exciting cosmic events. They are portals leading us into a whole new dimension of our lives. Opportunities that weren't available previously, open. Our awareness shifts to a higher level. Wonderful new horizons appear. Whatever happens on an eclipse day is usually final, although "final" in these times of rapid changes can lead to the same situation shifted to a totally new dimension. What is certain is that a point of no-return is created, that resolutely pushes us forward into the unknown. We also need to remember that eclipses take a bout a month to unfold. It is only by August 1st, that we shall have clarity on what has shifted in our lives and why.

Solar Eclipse in Gemini (11º02') on Wednesday June 1

This degree is represented in the Sabian Symbols by "A black slave-girl demands her rights of her mistress." This eclipse asks of us that we gain our freedom from outmoded structures, meaningless authority and the known. Safety that holds our spirit back is no longer viable . We now need to soar like eagles, be all that we can be with no strings attached.

Lunar Eclipse in Sagittarius (24º23') on Wednesday June 14

The Sabian Symbols give the following image for this degree: "A chubby boy on a hobbyhorse". This eclipse requires that we believe in our dreams. The more we make them a reality for ourselves, the more we create the emotion that what we want with a pure heart and positive intentions has already happened, the more faith we have that what we wish for is already here, the faster our manifestations are going to occur. We need to be like children again, make-believe and play with innocence and joy. As we become our dreams, they will materialize.

Saturn is retrograde until June 12 between 10º34' and 10º40' Libra

This degree is symbolized by "A professor peering over his glasses at his students". How deeply are we doing our homework? Are we really looking into our dark shadow (those flaws that are so embarrassing that we project them on others, where see them clearly and are disturbed by them without recognizing that they are our own)? Are we truly honest with ourselves? Are we taking responsibility for everything in our lives or just blaming what is challenging on others and circumstances? This particular retrogration requires that we be in total integrity with our reality and know that as we are, we become masters of our own destiny.

Neptune becomes retrograde on June 3rd until November 9

This month it travels from 0º55' to 0º44' Pisces. The image associated to this degree is "A crowded market place." A countless number of people, growing every day is awakening in every country. We are witnessing a global revolution that is taking the world by storm and allowing every one -whatever his or her religion, culture, language or skin color- to join in the understanding that we are all One.

Pluto is still retrograde this whole month (until September 16), from 6º51' to 6º09' Capricorn

This degree is symbolized by "A veiled prophet speaks, seized by the power of a God." Pluto this month asks us to realize that we are more powerful than we think. We are expressions of the Divine and as such, have great wisdom and love that needs to be used with compassion and purity of purpose.

Our Intentional Meditation

Our intentional meditation began on May 17 with the Full Moon in Scorpio.

On Wednesday June 1 take out your Full Moon charged papers and write one positive, concise intention per sheet. Place your papers out to be activated by the New Moon (Solar Eclipse) in Gemini at exactly 2:03 PM making sure they are on a balcony, in a garden or near a window by exactly. Once that moment has passed, staple your sheets together, write the date and put them away expecting a miracle!

Our next intentional meditation begins on Wednesday June 15.

Take out as many blank sheets as you will have intentions, and place them out (on a balcony, near a window or in a garden) to be charged by the Full Moon (Lunar Eclipse) in Sagittarius at exactly 1:14 PM. Once that moment has passed, gather your sheets and place them in a folder until the next New Moon (Solar Eclipse) in Cancer on Friday July 1.

A day of mental fogginess. Best not to sign any important document as we could miss the fine print. We may feel more drained than usual. We need to rest. During the next 6 months, we have to reexamine our daily life to see if it is in alignment with our spiritual beliefs. Do we walk our talk? Are we living and loving lights in this world?

The next year brings much financial abundance to those who follow their heart's dream. The more in alignment with our truth we are, the more we work with integrity, the more effortlessly successful we shall be. A day of focused mental activity. We are grounded, responsible and able to complete all our backlogged work with efficiency! Serious conversations appeal to us. We are interested in studying more deeply a topic that has always attracted us.

We are inspired by mysticism, music, poetry and great art. Lucrative and most beneficial opportunities are either self generated or offered to us.

Thursday 6/9: Venus enters Gemini (7:23 AM till 7/28)

During the next 7 weeks, our romantic life becomes lighter and more joyful. Our social horizons expand in interesting ways. We seek mentally and spiritually stimulating friends.

Friday 6/10: Venus Square Neptune (1:25 AM)

A day to draw on our inner serenity and be considerate and loving to others, especially those who consider themselves weaker. Romance could be magical yet elusive. We need to feel our soul link with those we care about.

A great day for efficient, clear communication. Wonderful for sending those e-mails and making those phone calls. Romance could be exciting today. During the next two weeks, we think and express ourselves more subjectively and emotionally. Family, safety, children, security are on our mind. Today, more specifically, we are more meditative and focused on the spiritual dimension of our lives. We could be inspired by great beauty and feel unusually creative. Meditation is favored as is working with our dreams and manifesting our visions.

Friday 6/17: Mercury Sextile Jupiter (5:35 PM), Venus Trine Saturn (9:32 PM)

Our words and thoughts convey great positive energy today. We feel enthusiastic, open to the world, are focused on spirituality, philosophy and travel. Our faith brings inspiration to others in the most magical of ways. Today is wonderful for committing to a deep love relationship and creating a solid basis for it.

We could feel a little erratic today. We should pay attention when driving. Impatience, as well as sudden and unexpected reactions could be disrupting.

Manipulation, power games and control issues could come to the surface, either in ourselves or in others. Best to not allow our ego to lead the way. Cooperation is advised. We are able to X-ray situations and people, and see the hidden motives of others.

During the next 6 weeks, we are multi-tasking. Great for a fitness program and paying more attention to our nutrition. We feel an urgency towards action. New projects develop smoothly and rapidly.

Tuesday 6/21: Sun enters Cancer (Summer Solstice, 10:17 AM), Mercury Square Saturn (11:42 AM), Mars Square Neptune (11:46 PM)

Until July 24, the focus is on family, children, home, security and food. Our imagination is more powerful than usual, allowing us to manifest our dreams. Today, more specifically, deadlines could be a little frustrating. Freedom is found by accepting those limitations. Important to stay grounded in our projects, be considerate of others and keep walking towards our goals in a practical way.

A positive day. Great for a promotion, to further our ambitions and/or meet people in key positions who open doors for us. Our faith and optimism lead to wonderful new opportunities either offered or self-created.

A person we haven't seen for a long time could reemerge from our past, our plans could be disrupted, life could re-route us. We seek freedom and excitement. A day to expect the unexpected.

A day to make inventive decisions. We could feel restless and impatient. Wonderful for doing something new, exciting, differently. Important to yield without compromising our integrity.
