RUNE OF THE MONTH: Ansuz

This rune stresses the importance of communication. The more we speak our truth with love and listen with respect and consideration to another's point of view, the easier we can reach an agreement that benefits all involved. Judgment should have no place in how we receive another's thoughts and feelings. The more open and transparent we are, the more compassionately we express ourselves, the more peace we generate in the world. And no matter how dramatic our situation may seem, let us never underestimate the power of humor and laughter.

Jupiter is still retrograde this whole month until December 25, between 10º21 and 8º50' Taurus.

These 3 degrees are symbolized in the Sabian Symbols by: "A fully decorated Christmas tree" "A Red Cross nurse" and "A woman watering flowers in her garden". We are still this month in a time of increased abundance. As we count our blessings, focus on what we love, and beautify it, we create more value in our lives. Seeing and enhancing the magic and the beauty that surrounds us, help bring more healing and prosperity to ourselves and others.

Uranus is still retrograde until December 9 between 3º32' and 2º25' Aries.

As we join our Beloved, our true star family and the land that deeply calls us, we become One with the divine, in harmony with our higher purpose, manifesting our spiritual truth. It is a time of remembering who we really are and embodying that truth, so that we may achieve mastery.

Neptune continues to be retrograde this whole month until November 9.

This month it travels from 29º16' to 28º34' Aquarius. The Sabian symbols associate the following images to these 2 degrees: "Deeply rooted in the past of a very ancient culture, a spiritual brotherhood in which many individual minds are merged into the glowing light of an unanimous consciousness is revealed to one who has emerged successfully from his metamorphosis" and "a butterfly emerging from a chrysalis". As we approach the end of the Mayan Calendar on October 28, 2011, our path to ascension is coming to fruition, bringing us to oneness with the Divine while still retaining our individuality.

Pluto is retrograde until September 16, between 4º56' and 4º53' Capricorn.

This degree is symbolized as follows: "Indians on a warpath. While some men row a well-filled canoe, others in it perform a war dance." The war is against whatever within us is still holding us from our mastery. There is no one way of dealing with the heavier energies within ourselves. Embracing them, working on ourselves and celebrating, are all valid ways of becoming all that we are.

Once that moment has passed, gather your sheets and place them in a folder until the next New Moon in Libra on Tuesday 09/27. Same procedure as above, take out your blank full moon charged papers and write on each a concise, positive intention. Place them on a balcony, in a garden or near a window at exactly 4:09 AM. Once that moment has passed, staple them together and put them away in a folder expecting the manifestation of all your dreams…

A very positive day. Opportunities present themselves, our faith opens doors, possibilities for advancement happen, luck accompanies us. Great for higher education, matters related to religion and the law, as well as long distance traveling.
