Once that moment has passed, gather your sheets and place them in a folder until the next New Moon in Pisces on Tuesday 02/21. Same procedure as above, take out your blank full moon charged papers and write on each a concise, positive intention. Place them on a balcony, in a garden or near a window at exactly 2:35 PM. Once that moment has passed, staple them together and put them away in a folder expecting the manifestation of all your dreams…
