No matter how intense our external conditions may seem, or how challenged we may be on an inner plane of consciousness, we are asked to keep our faith intact and keep plowing the soil of our hearts and souls, in the trust that what we believe in will eventually manifest. Even though, after seeds have ben planted, despite being watered and exposed to the right atmospheric conditions, nothing seems to be happening for the longest time, eventually a tiny shoot will emerge leading to a beautiful plant. It may be that circumstances around us don't seem to be supporting our vision of a better world, but if we give up our efforts, everything we have created will collapse. If we continue walking, even if seemingly in the dark, with determination and courage, the light will eventually shine and reward all our hard work.

Mercury turns retrograde on July 14 at Leo until August 7th when it will have reached 1º30' Leo.

Its shadow period continues until August 22nd. A period during which we want to express ourselves from our hearts and (re)connect with our creativity. Relationships with children could be enhanced. A wonderful period to expand and outwardly shine the light within. A lover from the past may reemerge. We may have to look at our creations differently. We may remember an unfinished, forgotten piece of art and complete it now.

Venus' shadow period remains until July 31st.

A relationship we thought was lost could resurface, giving us a second chance to turn past challenges into future opportunities. We could understand better the meaning of love and how to live the balance of the masculine and the feminine within ourselves and with another. We are more clearly at cause in our romantic relationships, conscious of our emotional dynamics.

Saturn's shadow period remains until October 1st, 2012.

A chance to revisit and make right what was going on in a love relationship between October 28 and November 6, 2011. If we had no relationship at that time, the opportunity is given to us to understand exactly what we want and create our inner marriage that we may attract a significant Other from a place of fulfillment and feeling whole and not from a place of scarcity, fear or need. We are learning to balance our power and our peace, to delve deeply into life's mysteries and truly understand our deep inner connection with someone we cherish.

Uranus turns retrograde on July 12 at 8º32' Aries and will remain so until December 13.

The shadow period will continue until March 30th, 2013. This degree is represented in the Sabian Symbols by :"a crystal gazer". We are asked to go deeply into the mysteries of life, see what is behind the veil and let it inform the decisions we are making, that we may be freed from old slaveries and the lies we have been fed. We have within us the power to discern the truth from false appearances appearing real (FEAR) and shift the world around us into the harmony of oneness.

Neptune remains retrograde this whole month until November 11.

The shadow period will last until March 2nd, 2013. The degree it travels this month (2º58' to 2º23' Pisces) is symbolized by: "Petrified tree trunks lie broken on desert sand." Sound healing is enhanced, as is telepathic communication. The veil between the visible and the invisible is thinning. Artists and channelers could feel particularly inspired. Powerful visions and deep meditation are favored. Inner silence leads to profound levels of consciousness.

Pluto continues being retrograde this whole month between 8º57' and 8º15' Capricorn until September 18th when it will have reached 6º57' Capricorn.

As our power reawakens, we become more and more aware of our multidimensionality. Once that moment has passed, gather your sheets and place them in a folder until the next New Moon in Cancer on Wednesday 7/18. Same procedure as above, take out your blank full moon charged papers and write on each a concise, positive intention. Place them on a balcony, in a garden or near a window at exactly 9:24 PM. Once that moment has passed, staple them together and put them away in a folder expecting the manifestation of all your dreams…
