Domestic Shipping Policy (U.S.)

Shipment processing time

• All orders are processed as soon as possible but kindly note that if Michelle is traveling or experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

• When processing your order, kindly use the correct price for your item including the postage based on your mailing address (USA, Canada, Europe, Australia).

• Overnight delivery is NOT available.

• Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

• As soon as your item is in the mail, Michelle will email you your USPS tracking number and estimated time of delivery.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

• Michelle Karen is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

• Michelle Karen is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials as well as the damaged goods and contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

International Shipping Policy

• Michelle ships to addresses worldwide, including the U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
