August 27, 2026: Lunar Eclipse in Pisces
Following the August 12 Solar Eclipse, on August 27 at 9:19 PDT, we have a Lunar Eclipse in Pisces (4º54’). We may want to go back to what we experienced in the month of August of 2007, 1988, 1980, and 1969 when Eclipses happened in almost the same degree to get an idea of what to expect now.
During the next 6 months, our feelings are our compass. Listening to our intuitions and following our heart enables us to sense and flow with the current. Even though our actions are based on our emotions, we instinctively recognize opportunities and rise to the challenge, make the most of them, are clear on our boundaries, stand for what we believe in, and fight for what we know to be right.
The lid is being blown off on repressed emotional issues that are now ready to be released.
Strongly motivated to throw over unfulfilling conditions of our past and break outmoded patterns, we are attracted to activities promising excitement and adventure. Disrupting our family, unexpectedly leaving an unfulfilling relationship, suddenly moving, changing jobs, and striking out on our own may seem to be coming out of the blue but are all really expressions of a longstanding dissatisfaction that is now ripe for a much needed change of circumstances.
Nothing may quite go as planned. We could struggle to make decisions, feel pulled in many directions simultaneously, unforeseen issues could disrupt our financial security, our home may need significant repairs, or we may have to make important sacrifices to reach an important goal.
But if we don’t answer the call, we could find that our fears and doubts are amplified. Psychologically vulnerable, anxious, and restless, we could prove overly impressionable, gullible, impractical, and be easily discouraged. Likely to feel confused, lost, and act in erratic ways, we could fall prey to inexplicable mood swings and irritability, experience instability, be prone to accidents, sudden ill health, or natural catastrophes. Our faith and self-confidence are being tested. The time has now come to recognize and embrace what has been lacking in our lives and take definite action towards living our true calling.
This Eclipse reveals an extraordinary range of emotions. Being in communion with Nature and finding a positive creative outlet are wonderful ways to express our feelings and give a concrete form to our vivid imagination. The depth of awareness we feel for other people’s pain could drain and tire us more than usual, making us seek peaceful, reclusive times in silence and solitude to regenerate. Paying attention to our dreams at night is likely to provide valuable insights into our subconscious mind. We are required to unearth, acknowledge, and wholeheartedly pursue our life purpose with enthusiasm, honesty, and joy. A long-kept secret could be revealed, we could discover an exceptional talent we didn’t know we had, find that our psychic energy is particularly developed, orattract a passionate soul relationship that awakens our emotional intensity and uplifts us to higher levels of consciousness.
Wishing you a powerful Eclipse day!
In Loving Light.
