A 10 year (2+0+1+7). In numerology this is the number of rise or fall depending on the choices of the individual. More than ever is it essential that we stand in honor, integrity and power. Where our thoughts go, so does our reality. The wheel of fortune will be turning and each will reap the rewards of his/her work, or have to face the consequences of not having taken conscious responsibility for his/her inner growth. No freebees this year. New beginnings as well as amazing synchronicities and miracles await those who have truly walked their talk and are in real alignment with the spiritual laws of the universe.
Starting on January 28 till February 15, 2018, we shall also be entering the Chinese New Year of the fire Rooster. This is an incredibly powerful year. Perseverance, loyalty, hard work, transparency, and family values will be greatly rewarded. The political climate could prove very electric and wildly fluctuating. New celebrities could suddenly rise out of nowhere and disappear just as suddenly. Migrations of large groups of people could be seen across the globe. Challenges we had never encountered before could emerge, requiring fast, practical and well-proven solutions. A year to embrace opportunities without taking undue risks. Many changes are likely to occur in our careers with the promise of great success for those who will have, during the past years, worked diligently in solitude, with patience and persistence. Our physical appearance could assume more importance than usual. We want to look good. Fashion could be somewhat flamboyant. We need to have clear intentions regarding love, relationships, business, and financial matters. Friends could all of sudden reveal colors we had never seen before, both positive and negative. Within the many conflicts emerging this year, are very positive currents. A romance begun this year could end as suddenly as it started. For an already existing love relationship, a great year to get married.

Issues surrounding the good use, or misuse, of power come to the forefront. Do we stand in our integrity? Are we the masters of our own destiny, or have we relinquished our personal authority to someone else?

A creative balance is achieved between the old and the new. We are able to engage in new stimulating experiences and manifest change without overthrowing everything that was. The next 3 years are THE time to become fully responsible, reliable, strong and self-sufficient. We shall be tested in our humility and the use of our power. It will be important to draw on our wisdom, be practical, efficient, organized and hard working. Nothing will come easily, but the rewards will be in relation to our efforts. Heads of states will be particularly challenged, as any lack of integrity in positions of authority will become increasingly difficult to hide. Fear could create rigidity and a need to exercise even more control. The best, if not the only way, out of what could feel like external oppression will require of us to reach a state of inner mastery.
