RUNE OF THE MONTH: Mannaz

Mannaz. We are being asked to look at our community and see clearly how supported we feel. Do our friends and loved ones lift us to higher realms of consciousness or do they hold us back, preventing us to soar to the heights we seek? Relationships are always profound mirrors of inner states of mind. They reflect our truth to us. If we don't like who/what surrounds us, it may be time to change friends or move to a location more in alignment with who we really are and whom we wish to become. This rune reminds us that evolution does not happen in isolation, but in interaction with others. ************************

The last 2 of the 3 eclipses begun on April 25, happen on May 9 in Taurus (19º31') and Friday May 24 in Sagittarius (4º08'). Eclipses always mark intense times of transition to a new order. They are points of no return that force us to look forward and upward. Beyond an eclipse, our life will never be the same. We should always pay attention to what we say or are being told on an eclipse day as it may be quite final.

This eclipse is helping us remember that we are divine beings and that time has come for us to return to our divine experience of life. The more we celebrate Mother Earth and honor the way she sustains us, the more we grow our wings and are freed to be all that we came here to be. During the next month, separation from what-is-not becomes more obvious. Sudden realizations free us from old limiting beliefs. We need to be very focused in our actions and grounded in our truth. Our integrity is our saving grace.

This eclipse marks an important step in the understanding that we are all one and that no matter our culture, language or race, we are connected to the same source. During the next month we could be drawn to change residences, even countries, have the wish to travel to faraway lands and explore more deeply the philosophy of life to unravel the meaning behind experience. The ancient wisdom that lies within, is awakened through meditation, as well as attention paid to what our intuition is warning us of, signs, and our dreams. A time to remember what we already know.

Our intentional meditation started on April 25 with the Full Moon (Lunar eclipse) in Scorpio.

On the New Moon in Taurus (Solar Eclipse) on 5/9, take out your blank full moon charged papers and write on each a concise, positive intention. Place them on a balcony, in a garden or near a window so that they are out at exactly 5:28 PM (you can put them out up to several hours prior to that time). Once that moment has passed (even if several hours later, or the next morning), staple them together and put them away in a folder expecting the manifestation of all your dreams… On Friday 5/24, place as many blank sheets as you will have intentions out to be charged by the Full Moon in Sagittarius (Lunar Eclipse) at exactly 9:25 PM. Once that moment has passed, put them away in a folder until the next New Moon in Gemini on June 8 at 8:56 AM. ************************

Wednesday 05/1: Mercury enters Taurus (8:37 AM till 5/15), Sun Trine Pluto (10:33 AM)

During the next 2 weeks, our thinking is practical. We need to digest the information we receive. Communication is grounded in a deep connection to nature. A day for aloneness. Great for efficiently tending to business. Our work, however, may feel tedious and requires much focus and discipline. Previously secret information could be revealed, requiring us to act from a place of high integrity. Courageous action leads to positive reforms with long ranging effects.

Monday 05/6: Mercury Trine Pluto (11:33 PM)

A day when we X-ray situations and people. Intense exchanges lead to self-reform. Cooperation with others brings empowerment. It may become clear that a cycle has ended, opening a whole new range of possibilities.
