RUNE OF THE MONTH: Mannaz “loving kindness”. The first act of love is towards ourselves. Accepting ourselves as we are, with our strengths and our faults, is the beginning of being able to better ourselves. Kindness in action comes through compassion, non-judgment and forgiveness. Often the hardest person to forgive is not another, but ourselves. In our present, we can be harsh judges of our past. Let us remember that in each moment we do the best we can and that in our imperfections is our divinity.
We are asked this blessed month to treat others as we would have them treat ourselves and whenever possible, engage in random acts of kindness.

Uranus remains retrograde this whole month until Dec 21st. The shadow (the period in time needed for it to return to the exact same degree it started its retrogration on) lasts until April 8, 2015. It travels this month from 13º34’ to 12º46’ Aries These 2 degrees are represented in the Sabian Symbols by: “A serpent coiling near a man and a woman” and “A bomb which failed to explode is concealed”. Uranus, the planet of rebellion, revolution, individuation and freedom leads us in November, to new beginnings without requiring the explosion of the old. The new can come more softly and more organically than through a big bang. As the masculine and the feminine unite within, as we become more complete and aware of our self-sufficiency, so does a new book open in our lives ushering us into the unknown to be created as we go along, one step at a time.
Neptune turns direct on November 15. The degree it travels this month (4º52’ Pisces) is symbolized by: “A church bazar”. By definition, a bazar is a place where we can find anything and everything. Here, whatever is being sold at usually a lower price than in stores, is to support a religious cause. All the dimensions of ourselves come together to make us aware of our divinity and our amazing ability for creation through inner mastery.

Take out as many blank sheets as you will have intentions, and place them out (on a balcony, near a window or in a garden) to be charged by the Full Moon in Taurus at exactly 2:23 PM. Once that moment has passed, gather your sheets and place them in a folder until the New Moon in Sagittarius.
On Saturday 11/22, take out your blank full moon charged papers and write on each a concise, positive intention. Place them on a balcony, in a garden or near a window at exactly 4:32 AM. Once that moment has passed, staple them together and put them away in a folder expecting the manifestation of all your dreams…

Quite an extraordinary day! Our positive thinking and general openness lead to an expanded circle of friends. Our sense of loyalty and commitment deepen a good relationship and expose what is irreconcilable in a shaky one. We assert ourselves with sensitivity. A very real sense of moving forward with everything that we are, permeates this wonderful day.
Monday 11/3: Sun Sextile Pluto (2:48 PM)
Today, guided by our knowingness, we are a law unto ourselves, afraid of nothing and no one, ready to fight for what we believe in and defend those in need. Our power is tangible and our self-confidence, very strong. Our courage creates new paths tread with integrity, loyalty and in leadership.

During the next 3 weeks, we express ourselves with depth and power. We are more metaphysical, seek to solve ancient mysteries, are drawn to life after death and a better understanding of sexuality. As we become more in tune with our knowingness, we are also clearer with regard to our boundaries, stronger in our life’s decisions and more courageous in the face of challenges at hand.

Exuberance could lead us to spend more money and energy than we have and over-extend ourselves in ways that backfire later. If we use common sense and remain within reasonable boundaries, this day could bring wonderful opportunities.
Monday 11/10: Mars Conjunct Pluto (3:03 PM)
We are driven by passion today. Our actions are either black or white. Our energy is intense and our commitments very real. We throw ourselves wholeheartedly in projects we believe in, not taking “no” for an answer. Our sexual energy is strong and direct.
Wednesday 11/12: Venus Conjunct Saturn (5:02 PM), Mars Square Uranus (5:29 PM)
Caution should be exercised when driving a motor vehicle or using any sharp metallic objects. Recklessness on the road could create sudden accidents. Not a day to take uncalculated risks behind the wheel or in sporting events. Romantically, we tend to be more conservative, seeking clarity by aligning our hearts and our minds in examining a relationship. We don’t want illusions, but hard facts. We are willing to either let a shaky relationship go or commit more deeply to a good one.
Thursday 11/13: Sun Square Jupiter (7:05 PM)
Let us be careful not to overextend ourselves today, promise more than we can deliver, spend more than we have, play harder than our physical body can bear. If we remain within reasonable limits, this day could bring many positive opportunities.

Deep thinking and communicating are attractive today. We are drawn to metaphysical topics, wish to investigate life after death matters, are interested in the laws of the universe and solving great mysteries. We seek profound friendships with interesting people. Our powers of concentration are intense. During the next 3 weeks, we feel more sociable and romantically adventurous than usual. We could be attracted to foreigners or people who travel. A spiritual component is essential in our relationships. We believe in love and are open to happiness. We could also be a little financially reckless. Important to give ourselves reasonable boundaries.
Tuesday 11/18: Sun conjunct Saturn (0:50 AM)
A day of work and no play. We are serious, disciplined and focused on the furthering of our ambitions. We could feel a little lonely and depressed, but nothing that is not overcome by concentrating on the tasks at hand which we are able to see to the finish line today.
Thursday 11/20: Venus Square Neptune (6:56 AM)
A relationship could seem different from what it really is. Either because of deceit or just having fallen in love with love rather than with a real person. We could take refuge in a dream, romantic world, seeking escape from the harshness of reality. Great for artists, but not so great for relationship expectations which could prove disappointing.
Friday 11/21: Mercury Sextile Mars (6:01 AM)
Today is a day of direct communication. We call a spade a spade and are positive and forceful in the way we express our truth. Short trips bring dynamic experiences. We need however to remain extra cautious when operating a motor vehicle. Drivers could be a little reckless today. Great for starting an exercise program and for repairing our car.
Saturday 11/22: Sun enters Sagittarius (1:38 AM until Dec 21), Mercury Square Jupiter (8:43 PM)
During the next month, our need to travel, our faith in ourselves, our self-confidence, our openness to life and our optimism expand. Wonderful for adventures, for enriching social contacts and for new beneficial opportunities. Today, more specifically, we need to be careful not to promise more than we can deliver. If something feels too good to be true, it might just be so. Let us also be careful about what we say and whom we say it to. Some information may be best kept to ourselves.
Tuesday 11/25: Mercury Conjunct Saturn (6:37 PM)
A day of serious intent. We are willing to work hard to attain our goals. Going through backlogged work seems almost effortless. We seek mature conversations and have the patience and wisdom necessary to further our ambitions.
Wednesday 11/26: Venus Trine Uranus (4:22 PM), Sun Square Neptune (8:20 PM)
Our charisma is enhanced today. We could feel very magnetic and sociable. A love affair begun today could be freeing and exciting but may also be short lived. We could be attracted to someone from a very different social or cultural background, or someone much younger, individualistic or unusual in some way. We could feel slightly off base today, a little dreamy, as well as navigating in a surreal world. Sleeping more, paying attention to our dreams, could lead to remarkable insights into life issues.
Thursday 11/27: Mercury enters Sagittarius (6:26 PM) till December 16 (7:53 PM)
During the next 3 weeks, we are most likely to focus on traveling, other cultures, religion, the law and further education. Great for out of the country journeys, pursuing a university degree, outdoor sports, a hiking and camping trip and/or renewing our faith in life. We feel positive and outgoing. Social encounters open new horizons. Luck seems to accompany our steps as opportunities for expansion abound.
Sunday 11/30: Mercury Square Neptune (8:27 PM)
We could feel a little wooly-headed today. Signing legal documents is ill-advised as we could miss some fine print. Communication could feel confused or be confusing. Important data could be concealed. People could come across differently from who they really are. Even channeled information could be distorted. Best to stay in tune with our own intuition and rest as much as possible.
